Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Please note that we do not take returns for orders containing multiple sizes with intentions of checking best fits.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that partial refunds (if applicable) may be subjected to certain cases.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / REFUND

Please Note

  • No size exchange on free items (Free Shirt, Free Socks).
  • Big order cancellation risk focused policies.
  • A product sent to the address that was filled in incorrectly by the customer will not be refunded as per our policy.
  • If any error occurs at the carriers end we will be on your full support to resolve the issue, however we cannot be liable for any loss.
  • We offer a 14 days right of return for damaged or incorrectly shipped items only. However, we ship orders in 24 hours so Return and refund process will apply if they cancel order before 24 hours.
  • Duties and Taxes may imply based on the country you are receiving the shipment in, These will be liable to pay by customer (you) at the time of receiving order collected by your shipping carrier.
  • The small amount of duty and taxes is dependent on your countries laws of import.
  • Full purchase amount refund will be made with-in 2-4 days of receiving the items.
  • Refund will be made through the same mode of payment as the payment have been received such as PayPal.
  • You can also exchange items in certain cases.

In case of exchange required we also offer store credit and discount coupons for customers to shop a different item at the lowest prices possible.

Please note a 20% transaction fees will be charged for all refund irrespective of the cause.

Note that the following points should be fulfilled to authorize the refund:

  • Items should not be damaged and used.
  • Items should not be purchased more than 14 days.
  • Customer will bear the shipping and handling cost(s).
